Payments
Payment will be made through any of the following means:
Maestro, Master card, Sepa, Amex, Paypal, Visa & Ideal.; the user must provide the name of the cardholder, the number, the expiration date and the CVV.
All the information will be processed through a payment gateway external to INSIDER SL called Mollie, or through Paypal.
Payment is also accepted by Bank Transfer to the account number that appears on the utility bill.
In case the payment is in error, make sure that it has been redeemed by your bank, and whenever you have doubts, contact sales@insidersl.com
Returns & Refunds
In case of receiving a damaged item, please contact sales@insidersl.com
No we don’t offer free returns. If you would like to return items you are responsible for the costs and shipment.
Within 14 work days after we received your items.
Please contact our customer service on: Sales@insidersl.com, tell them what item(s) you would like to return.
For returning the items to us you have to go to your local postal office and send us the items on:

The cost and the shipment is for your own responsibility.
In most cases you can cancel the order. However, this will depend on several factors.
It is best to contact sales@insidersl.com directly in case you want to place a large order, and want information on cancellation conditions.
The refund of the amount will be processed in the same way in which the purchase was made, and in some cases may be flexible with this method.
With respect to the products, no returns or changes will be made to the materials that are damaged by the user himself.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight, size and type of the product or products added to the order basket. In addition, the shipping zip code is taken into account for this calculation; You simply have to add the desired product or products to the basket, indicate the country, province and postal code of destination
We currently work with DHL EXPRESS, providing worldwide shipping. These additional fees are added by DHL Express, and they will not be returned in case you want to cancel an order already purchased.
The prices are indicated in Euros and include the corresponding I.V.A. The expenses derived from customs clearance both on departure and arrival, as well as corresponding taxes, storage, fees, etc., will be borne by the recipient.
You can modify your delivery by accessing the tracking number that you will receive from DHL EXPRESS by email. If the order has not yet been shipped or is pending arrival, and you want to change the address, contact sales@insidersl.com as soon as possible.
The delivery time of the products can vary between 1-7 business days, depending on their destination.
In case you have purchased a product, of which we have previously notified you that we do not have stock and you agree to wait, the delivery time can be 4-10 weeks, depending on the brand.
